Custom fields. Add text, long text or dropdown fields, such as serial number, condition or bank details for cash on delivery orders. Show them for all reasons or chosen ones, and make them required. Answers appear on the summary, the status page, the request screen, the store email and the API.
Warranty claims. Set a warranty in months per product in the Inventory tab, or a store default. After the return window closes, customers get a File a warranty claim button for the items still covered. It uses the same form and steps.
Reminders and deadlines. A daily job reminds customers who were approved but did not ship, closes approved requests not shipped and questions not answered, and emails the store a list of requests waiting too long. Three more emails cover this, and each step can be turned off.
