30 day money back guarantee

Every Pro plugin licence comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. If a Pro plugin does not work for your store, ask for a refund within 30 days of the purchase and we refund the full amount.

How to ask for a refund

Open a ticket on the Support page or email us from the address you bought with. Tell us the order number and, if you can, what did not work. A developer often finds a fix, but you get your refund either way.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank. Your Pro licence and updates stop when the refund is made. The free version keeps working.

Renewals

Pro licences renew yearly. You can cancel the renewal at any time from My account. If a renewal is charged by mistake, tell us within 30 days of the renewal date and we refund it.

Discounted purchases

Licences bought with a discount code, such as a seasonal sale, have the same 30 day guarantee. We refund the amount you actually paid.

Services

Maintenance plans, site fixes and development work are services, not licences. Maintenance plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the paid month. For fixes and development, you approve the price before work starts, and we discuss any refund case by case.
