Frequently asked
Can guests buy without an account?
Yes. Only hosts need an account. Guests check out like any other customer.
Do guests see the hosts' address?
No. Guests see the city and country only. The full address is copied into the order on the server and is visible to the store and the hosts.
What if a guest buys registry gifts and other items together?
The cart shows a notice. If the guest ships to the hosts, the whole order goes to the hosts.
What happens when an order is refunded or cancelled?
The gifts go back on the list as still needed. Partial refunds put back the refunded quantity.
Which order statuses count a gift as bought?
Processing and completed by default. Change it under WooCommerce, Settings, Gift Registry, Checkout and shipping.
Can a customer have several registries?
One registry per customer in the free plugin. The Pro add-on allows several.
