Docs Package Protection and Delivery Guarantee

What the plugin does, and what it is not

Some parcels go missing or arrive broken. The shopper writes to support, you pay for a refund or a second shipment, and an unhappy customer may file a chargeback. This plugin gives that moment a clear process. It lets you offer a delivery guarantee at checkout, either for a small optional fee that you keep or free of charge, and it runs claims inside WooCommerce.

This is your store’s own promise. It is not insurance. The plugin sells no insurance, no insurer stands behind it, and it talks to no outside service. You make the promise and you pay for what it promises.

For shoppers

  • A clear box, always unticked, with the price and the terms next to it.
  • The fee as its own line, before payment.
  • A simple form to report a problem, with photos.
  • A decision by email.

For the store

  • Fee income, or a free badge that builds trust.
  • One place to see photos and decide.
  • Normal WooCommerce refunds.
  • A monthly view of fees against claims.
