Consent log. For each order that was offered the guarantee, Pro keeps the exact text shown, a hash of it, the box state and the time the box was ticked. It holds no IP address. Export it as CSV, and set how long it is kept. Useful if a customer or regulator disputes the charge.
Wording per country or language. Different text and terms links per country or language code, with the language taken from WPML or Polylang.
Placement and wording tests. Compare honest wording and classic page positions by attach rate. Every variant starts unticked, and a variant whose disclosure does not say “not insurance” is refused. Block pages keep their one position, so only wording varies there.
