WordPress 6.2 or newer, PHP 7.4 or newer, WooCommerce 8.0 or newer. Works with the Cart and Checkout blocks, the classic pages, High Performance Order Storage and legacy order storage.
Privacy. The free plugin contacts no outside service. Claims keep the order number, email, what the customer wrote and photos, and are part of the WordPress personal data export and erase tools. Open claims are kept until decided. Decided ones keep only the numbers.
Is this insurance?
No. It is your store’s own promise. For real parcel insurance, talk to a licensed provider.
Can I pre-tick the box to raise the opt in rate?
No. It is banned for extra payments in the EU and the UK and is the subject of US class actions. The plugin has no such option, and its filters can not turn it on.
Who pays when a claim is approved?
You do, as the seller. Fees help with that, and the summary shows how they compare.
Do fraud signals deny claims?
No. Only a person decides a claim.
What happens to claims if I turn the guarantee off?
Past orders keep their promise, and customers can still report problems on them.
