Pro reads tracking numbers and dates saved on the order by WooCommerce Shipment Tracking, Advanced Shipment Tracking, AfterShip and YITH Order Tracking. Others can use the wfppp_tracking filter. You can type the delivered date on the order screen. It does not contact any carrier.
- Allow a lost parcel claim only a set number of days after shipping.
- Allow a damage claim only within a set number of days of delivery.
Signals flag repeat claimants, many claims to one address, high order values and missing photos. They inform you and decide nothing. Addresses are compared by a hash, not stored as text. A block list hides the guarantee from future orders. It never touches orders already protected.
