Requirements
- WordPress 6.2 or later, PHP 7.4 or later, WooCommerce 8.0 or later.
- Works with High Performance Order Storage and with the older order storage.
- The Pro add-on needs the free plugin active.
Install
- Install the free plugin from Plugins, Add New, or upload wolfiz-b2b-order-approval.zip.
- For Pro, upload wolfiz-b2b-order-approval-pro.zip and activate it.
- Set it up under WooCommerce, Settings, Order Approval.
FAQ
Is approval on as soon as I activate the plugin? No. Nothing changes until you choose who needs approval and tick Enable.
How does the buyer pay after approval? From the Order approved email or the Pay now button in My Account. Both open the standard WooCommerce pay page with all your payment methods.
Can I change an order before approving it? Yes. Waiting orders stay editable and your changes are saved with the decision.
Does it work with my wholesale plugin? Yes, with any plugin that gives trade buyers their own role. Pick that role under Selected roles.
What happens to stock when an order is rejected? It is put back, with both the Cancelled and the Failed rejection status.
Can a company manager approve without a store login? (Pro) Yes. Managers approve from My Account, Company, or from the buttons in their email.
For developers
Filters: wfba_needs_approval, wfba_can_decide, wfba_approval_is_final, wfba_status_after_approval, wfba_log_actions, wfba_settings_sections, wfba_settings_section_fields, and in Pro wfbap_webhook_payload. Actions: wfba_order_awaiting, wfba_order_approved, wfba_order_rejected, wfba_admin_box, wfba_approval_box_after, and in Pro wfbap_step_pending. Email and status box templates can be copied to the theme.
