Install
- Install and activate Group Buy and Team Deals for WooCommerce from wordpress.org.
- For Pro, upload
wolfiz-group-buy-pro.zipunder Plugins, Add New and activate it. It needs the free plugin. - Pro adds fields to the Group deal tab, three sections to the settings, and Group deal rules and Group deal reports to the WooCommerce menu.

Privacy
The plugins make no external calls and load no tracking scripts. Share buttons are plain links. For each order line that joins a deal, the buyer’s order number, first name, email and the deal status are stored in a table on your site to count the group, send emails and handle refunds. Pro also stores referral links, daily click counts and normalised details for abuse limits. The data is part of WordPress personal data exports and erasures.
FAQ
When does the buyer pay? At checkout, at the deal price (or a deposit, or a card hold, with Pro). If the deal fails they are refunded.
What if the target is reached early? The deal unlocks at once and keeps selling at the deal price until the deadline or the maximum.
Can buyers join as guests? Yes. They get every update by email.
What if my payment method cannot refund? Those orders are put On hold and listed under Refunds to send by hand, with a notice in the admin.
Does it work with page caching? Yes. The deal box fetches live numbers after the page loads.
