  • Segments table. Click a segment to open its customers.
  • RFM grid. Recency across, frequency up. Click a cell to see those customers. The top right holds your best.
  • Movement. How many moved up or slipped down in the last 7 days, and the biggest routes.
  • Recalculate now starts a run by hand.
