First setup

  1. Install and activate WooCommerce, then this plugin.
  2. Click Start scoring in the notice. Scoring runs in the background in small batches. While the screen is open it also works through batches itself and shows a progress bar.
  3. Open WooCommerce, Customer Segments.
  4. If your store has long buying cycles, change the scoring under WooCommerce, Settings, Customer segments.

Nothing is scored until you press the button. After the first run scores rebuild nightly, and a customer updates when their order is paid, refunded, cancelled or removed.
