- Choose to sync when a customer changes segment, or once a day.
- Only customers with recorded consent are sent by default. Without that option a new Mailchimp contact is transactional, and gets no campaigns.
- Keys are stored encrypted and never shown again.
- Jobs run in the background and retry server errors three times. The latest problems show on the settings screen.
Mailchimp and Klaviyo are outside services, so name them in your privacy policy. Erasing a customer on your site does not remove them there.
