Create a draft with items, press Send when the goods leave, and Mark received when they arrive. Units in transit are in no location, so the total drops and they can not be sold twice. Enter a lower received number and the shortfall stays visible and logged. Cancelling in transit returns the units to the source. The sending location is emailed on receipt.
