On the product page the box shows at the top of the Reviews tab, on classic and block themes. Shoppers see the summary, the AI generated label with a short explanation, the tags and a line such as “Mostly positive, based on 12 reviews, updated November 5, 2026”. If you limit the reviews per request, the line says so: “based on the 50 most recent of 128 reviews”.
Summaries come from the database, so pages stay fast and no AI call ever happens on a page load. If a product falls below the minimum number of reviews, its box stops showing.
