Docs / AI Review Summary
Good to know
- AI can misread reviews. Read your summaries, or turn on approval.
- The “invented facts” check looks at numbers, links, names and sentiment. It does not understand meaning, so a wrong statement in plain words can pass.
- The plugin reads standard WooCommerce product reviews, which covers review plugins that store reviews as comments. It has not been tested with every option of each of them.
- Rules on AI content and reviews differ by country, for example the FTC rule on fake reviews in the US and EU consumer rules. Please check what applies to you.
