| Provider not registered | You chose WordPress Connectors, but its provider plugin is not active. Activate it, or choose “A key entered here”. |
| Generate is greyed out | Setup is not finished, or the product has too few approved reviews. The box says which. |
| AI provider error about a model | Your account can not use that model, or it does not exist. Pick another and use Test connection. |
| Hit the maximum output length | Raise Maximum output tokens under Summary rules. |
| The reply used a number that is not in the reviews | Nothing was saved. Regenerate, or write the text by hand. |
| Monthly request budget is used up | Raise it under Pro settings, or wait for next month. |
| Status stays “In the queue” | Jobs run with Action Scheduler (WooCommerce, Status, Scheduled Actions), which needs WP-Cron or some site traffic. |
