The send window limits reminders to chosen weekdays and hours in the store timezone, and can run past midnight. Due reminders wait for the next open hour. Customers per hour throttles large lists or small mail servers.
Rules decide which orders create reminders: role (including Guest), billing country, order total, payment method and product tag. Leave a field empty to ignore it.
