For trade buyers, the sample button can open a request form instead of the cart. It collects name, company, email, phone, address, VAT number and a note, and creates an order with the Sample request status. The store gets an email, and setting the order to Processing approves it and sends the normal order emails. Requests are rate limited and protected against bots.
