Pro: child numbers and moving items

A purchase split by rules into #231, #231-1 and #231-2.
  • Child order numbers show split orders as 231-1, 231-2 in emails, My Account and the admin, so customers recognise them.
  • Edit after split: the Split order dialog gets a “Move to” choice with the other open orders of the same purchase. Items join a matching line there and totals stay exact.
