More and more European countries require structured e-invoices between businesses. Belgium switched to Peppol for domestic B2B invoices in 2026, France requires businesses to receive them from September 2026, and German businesses must send them from 2027. A PDF no longer counts as the invoice in these cases.
The plugin builds a UBL XML e-invoice for each business order when it reaches the status you choose, checks it against the EN 16931, Peppol and XRechnung rules, gives it the next invoice number and attaches it to the order email. Refunds get a matching credit note.
