Feeds are written to a private folder in your uploads with a hard to guess address. Anyone with the address can read the feed, so share it only with the platforms. Create a new private address under the address list replaces the address if it ever leaks; you then update it on every platform.

OpenAI onboarding is approval based and starts in the US. Being in a feed makes products eligible, it does not guarantee they are shown.
When feeds rebuild
- On the schedule you choose: every hour, twice a day or once a day.
- Five minutes after a product, price or stock change, when “Rebuild on changes” is on. Many changes in a row cause one rebuild.
- When you click Build feeds now.
New files are written next to the live ones and swapped in only when the build is complete, so platforms never fetch a half written feed.
