Pro: report, bulk tools and settings

The compliance report: every product with its status, contacts, warnings and documents. Filter by status, missing field, category, brand or search, and export to CSV.

A weekly email is sent on Monday morning when products are missing required data, with the counts and the first products to fix.

Bulk apply: pick products by SKU list or filter, choose what to set, check the preview, apply. The last change can be undone.

Import contacts

Pro tools, Import contacts. Upload a CSV with name, role, address, country, email, website, phone and VAT number. A contact with the same VAT number is updated, otherwise name and role are matched. Run a dry run first to see what will happen.
